Introduction
The Department of Prosthodontics at Rehman College of Dentistry (RCD) specializes in restoring missing or damaged structures in the head and neck region. We offer a wide range of prosthodontic procedures, including removable and fixed prosthetics, implant-supported prostheses, and maxillofacial prosthodontics. Our skilled team utilizes both conventional and digital technologies for exceptional outcomes. We prioritize patient care and offer advanced options tailored to individual needs, ensuring comprehensive and personalized treatment.
At RMI, we offer undergraduate training opportunities to final year BDS students. Our program allows students to gain hands-on experience and further develop their clinical skills. Additionally, we provide a six-month internship for fresh graduates, enabling them to refine their clinical abilities and enhance their professional growth. Through these training initiatives, we strive to support the next generation of dental professionals in their journey towards excellence.

Dental Bridges
Dental bridges are used to close gaps caused by missing teeth. A bridge consists of a false tooth, called a pontic, which is held in place by the abutment teeth on either side of the gap. Typically, bridges are made from porcelain to match the natural teeth and provide aesthetic results.
Dentures
Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Complete dentures are used when all teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain. Dentures can restore chewing ability, improve speech, and enhance the appearance of the smile.
Implants
Dental implants are surgical components that provide a foundation for dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, or dentures. Veneers / Crowns
Veneers are thin shells placed on the front of teeth to improve their appearance by fixing issues like discoloration, chips, and gaps. They are custom-made, bonded to the teeth, and provide a long-lasting, natural-looking result.
Dental Braces
Dental braces straighten teeth by applying gentle pressure, improving alignment and bite. They consist of brackets, wires, and bands and require regular adjustments for optimal results. They enhance oral health and create a better smile.
